Even though it's been Christmas, many of you have been busy with the Summer Learning Journey activities which is awesome. I just want to share a little story about my daughter and the SLJ.
ReplyDeleteMy daughter wrote about the SPCA in one of her blogs.
We went there today to adopt a kitten. My daughter was asked if she knew about microchipped animals. Yes she replied. The man looked at her a little shocked (she’s only 7) and asked her to explain what she knew.
Thanks to her blogging and what she has retained she was able to explain a lot to him. I chuckled to myself- I’m so pleased she is on this journey this summer, she’s benefiting from it already ❤️
